When I submitted contact request I anticipated having to wait up to a week for an appointment since it is a busy time of year. Not only did I get contacted within minutes, well after normal office hours, but they came out the next day to clean and inspect condenser unit. He did agree recent power blip did some damage to the condenser unit, hence the increase in noise, but it is still working for now and there was no hard sell tactic to try to get me to replace it right now. I appreciate their responsiveness and “no pressure to replace” approach, and they will be the company I call next time I need HVAC service or am wanting a new system to replace my ancient one.
